#36: Elevate Your Health and Fitness with Strength Coach Jason Dougherty
This week we have a special guest on the podcast - Jason Dougherty! Jason is one of the most knowledgable fitness instructors we've met! He is the Director of Coaching and Education at Synthesis Human Performance.
Jason earned an undergraduate and master’s degree in Business Administration, as well as, a second master’s degree in Kinesiology and Sports Conditioning. In addition, he has gained a wealth of continuing education, credentials, and experience over his 10 plus years as a leader in the health and human performance industry.
He coaches high performers including youth to professional athletes, corporate executives, public figures, and women during all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. He is passionate about empowering every client with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to maximize their performance, reduce their risk of injury and achieve their goals in life.
