Alongside her music career, Megan’s work is rooted in Health and Wellness, working as a fitness professional for over 12 years. She is extremely passionate about education, personal development, and helping out here community.

Proceeds from merch sales help provide meals for people in the community experiencing food insecurity supporting local efforts.

Megan is also the creator or StageFit, a performance training program designed to help artists build strength & endurance to support life on stage. Whether through music, movement, or community support, the work is about helping people feel more connected and capable, while raising the vibration of Mother Earth.
